Our Administration

Lynette Galante

Executive Director

Lynette Galante is the Executive Director of Future Generation Early Learning Centers. She has been a part of the Future Generation family for over 19 years and has over 33 years experience working in early childhood education as both a Teacher and Administrator. Lynette received her Bachelors Degree from Marist College. Post graduation, she has received her National Administrators Credential. Lynette is the proud mother of a 21 year old son who, by the way, is a Future Generation Alumni.

“I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of my job because I get to connect with children, families, and staff each day. There is something very special about walking into a classroom and watching Future Generation’s philosophy and mission statement unfold! Taking a parent on a tour, observing the staff as they are interacting and learning with the children… it’s an incredible sight.”

Lynette Galante is an active board member of both NJCCA and AELL.

Dalia Guirguis

Business Administrator

Dalia began her career at Future Generation nine years ago as an After Care Teacher and soon realized that early childhood was where she wanted to be! Dalia loved to interact and engage with the children and developed a strong bond with their parents. Dalia desired to grow the bond she had with parents and decided that Administration was the perfect niche for her in the early learning field.

“I love being able to wake up each day knowing that I am going to positively impact a Future Generation family. Both of my children attended Future Generation and I have seen them implement the skills that they acquired while spending time at Future Generation into their daily interactions with teachers, peers, and family members.”

Ms. Lisa Marie Marrero

Director, Bloomfield

973-743-4034

261 Broad Street Bloomfield, NJ 07003

My name is Lisa Marie Marrero and I am the Director at our Bloomfield location. My journey with Future Generation began in 2007 as a Teacher Assistant. Future Generation motivated me to pursue my career in Early Childhood Development and earned my Child Development Associate and Child Development Specialist Credential. My passion for the field was so intense that I quickly climbed the ladder of success within the company. I recently rejoined the company again after taking some time to start a family. I believe in Future Generations philosophy so strongly that I have enrolled my own child in the program. In such a short amount of time, I can see the FG values being instilled in her as she grows and develops.

“As a parent, we all want the best for our child. Future Generation delivers this 100%. Now when I give a tour for prospective parents, I can not only answer all of their questions from an early education perspective but I can respond as a parent as well.”
