“I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of my job because I get to connect with children, families, and staff each day. There is something very special about walking into a classroom and watching Future Generation’s philosophy and mission statement unfold! Taking a parent on a tour, observing the teachers as they are interacting and learning with the children… it’s an incredible sight.”

Lynette Galante is an active board member of both New Jersey Child Care Association (NJCCA) and Association of Early Learning Leaders (AELL).
Dalia Guirguis
Operations Manager
Dalia began her career at Future Generation fifteen years ago as an After Care Teacher and soon realized that early childhood was where she wanted to be! Dalia loved to interact and engage with the children and developed a strong bond with their parents. Dalia desired to grow the bond she had with parents and decided that Administration was the perfect niche for her in the early learning field.

“I love being able to wake up each day knowing that I am going to positively impact a Future Generation family. Both of my children attended Future Generation, and I have seen them implement the skills that they acquired while spending time at Future Generation into their daily interactions with teachers, peers, and family members.”
Felicia Smith
Director, Bloomfield Center
Felicia is a mother of two adult children, both attended Future Generation and now one of them is a co-worker! Future Generation became Felicia's home 27 years ago. While working at Future Generation, Felicia wanted to gain new knowledge in early childhood education, in order to provide the children in her care with the best possible educational experiences. She obtained her Child Care Professional Certification, and later her bachelor's degree in early childhood. She often reflects on how her first tour of the Future Generation facility made her feel,
"I was able to fully understand what the term quality early education meant- I watched it come to life in front of me. I knew that I wanted to be a part of a team that was changing the lives of children."
Barbara Henry
Assistant Director, Bloomfield
Barbara is new to the early education profession. She has been a parent at Future Generation for the past nine years and is thrilled to make the transition to a member of center administration! Barbara is very passionate about contributing to the early education field and helping parents and children flourish in our program. Barbara is the proud mother of a nine-year-old son!
"As a parent, I did not realize the empowering meaning behind the term early educator. The minute I began the on-boarding process, I started to clearly see how much training, knowledge, and responsibility went along with working in an early education program! I now share the passion and the purpose of trying to help others see how important the words we use are and how they can affect others so deeply."
